Who We Are

Ugandan coffee, experienced first-hand.

Tibz Coffee is a coffee tourism company built on a simple belief: the best way to understand Ugandan coffee is to stand in it. We bring buyers, investors and coffee lovers to the source — touring the farms and factories, tasting freshly processed lots, and drinking coffee where it grows.

Based in Uganda and on the ground with the farms, we open doors that are hard to reach from the outside: the cooperatives, the growers, and the highland and basin regions where Robusta was born and where prized Arabica thrives. We handle the journey; the coffee does the convincing.

Most who come arrive curious and leave committed — to a sourcing relationship, an investment, or a partnership that lasts. That outcome always begins the same way: with an experience.

Bean to Cup

From a cherry on a volcanic slope to your roastery.

Grown with care

Smallholder farmers tend trees on mineral-rich highland and basin soils, many using shade-grown, climate-smart practices.

Hand-picked & processed

Cherries are selectively picked at peak ripeness, then washed or naturally processed at source for clean, traceable lots.

Dried & graded

Beans rest on raised drying beds and are carefully graded — building the consistency serious buyers depend on.

Connected to you

We link you directly to the farm or cooperative, with full traceability from the slope to your shipment.

Plan Your Visit
A Tibz Journey

What a visit looks like.

Every Tibz journey is tailored to you — your interests, your time, and whether you come to source, to invest, or simply to fall for Ugandan coffee. A typical visit moves across our great growing regions, weaving the coffee with the country itself. Here is how it tends to unfold.

Begin

Arrival & the Robusta basin

Land in Entebbe and settle in with your first Ugandan cup. We begin in the Lake Victoria basin — the birthplace of Robusta — to taste the bean where it first grew wild.

Ascend

Mount Elgon Arabica

Travel to the volcanic slopes of Mount Elgon. Walk the farms, follow the cherries through washing and drying, and take in Sipi Falls between cuppings.

Explore

The Rwenzori highlands

Head west to the Mountains of the Moon, where smallholder cooperatives grow clean, complex high-altitude Arabica amid some of Uganda's most striking scenery.

At the source

Cup, tour & meet the growers

Throughout, you cup freshly processed lots, tour factories and processing stations, and sit with the farmers and cooperatives behind every bean.

Beyond coffee

Uganda, the country

Add a safari, a trek, or time in the landscape. The coffee is the reason to come; Uganda's beauty is the reason you'll want to stay longer.

The outcome

Source, invest, or partner

When you're ready, we turn experience into action — direct sourcing relationships, investment conversations, and partnerships built on what you've seen with your own eyes.

Tailored to each visitor. Tell us what you're hoping to explore and we'll design a journey around it.
